Review Process
JKTSS PUO adheres to a double-blind peer review process to ensure academic integrity and high-quality scholarly contributions.
-
All submitted manuscripts are first reviewed by the editorial board for relevance, structure, and compliance with journal guidelines.
-
Suitable manuscripts are then sent to one or more subject-matter experts for double-blind peer review, where both authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other.
-
Reviewers will evaluate the manuscript based on originality, significance, methodology, clarity, and relevance.
Following the review, the editor will notify authors of one of the following decisions:
-
Accepted for publication as is
-
Accepted with minor revisions
-
Accepted with major revisions
-
Rejected
Reviewer comments will be forwarded to the authors to guide manuscript revision. When submitting a revised version, authors must include a detailed response to each comment, explaining the changes made or justifying why certain suggestions were not implemented.
The editorial board is committed to a fair, transparent, and timely review process. While we aim to complete initial reviews within two weeks, maintaining the quality and rigor of the process remains our highest priority.
