Abstract

This study aims to assess industry feedback on the effectiveness of industrial training implemented by students of the Electrical Technology Certificate Programme at Kolej Komuniti Santubong for Session 1 2024/2025. The study evaluates aspects of knowledge, practical skills, and soft skills. Data was obtained through questionnaires from eight participating industries and collected online via Google Forms. The study data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS v25.0). Findings indicate that industrial training effectively improves students' skills and prepares them for future employment. The results of the study are expected to help Polytechnics and Community Colleges enhance the quality of industrial training.
